President's Bio

WALTER ALVAREZ

In his capacity as President, Mr. Alvarez is responsible for directing all management and operational activities in connection with Perfection Building Maintenance and its affiliated companies. Mr. Alvarez personally manages all existing client relationships and new business development efforts. Prior to forming the company almost two decades ago, Mr. Alvarez was responsible for overseeing facility management for 300+ buildings while employed by CB Richard Ellis. In addition to his multiple trade licenses, Mr. Alvarez holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia College.
